Wilton Man Tried To Bribe Town Official, Police Say WILTON, Conn. -- A Wilton man tried to bribe the town's Director of Environmental Affairs to remove a bond on his home, according to Wilton Police, who charged him with bribery. Ioannis Papakosmas, 42, of 103 Twin Oak Lane,  was arrested on Feb. 28 and released after posting a $1,000 bond.
