Monroe Cops: Healthcare Aide Fraudulently Used Elderly Client's Credit Card MONROE, Conn. -- A home healthcare aide did some extra grocery shopping on her 91-year-old client's dime, Monroe Police said as they arrested a 34-year-old Bridgeport woman. Diane Kenyon, 34, was charged Saturday with second-degree larceny and credit card fraud. She posted $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on March 21. The investigation started in December after a complaint that a woman had used the 91-year-old's credit card to make unauthorized purchases at local supermarkets of more than $2,000, police said.

Snowfall totals are around four to six inches and the snow is heavy and wet due to the relatively mild temperatures in the mid 30's.  The forecast continues to call for snow and blowing snow as stubbornly high winds remain over the area well into Wednesday. Traffic was light in Stamford with schools and many businesses closed and people avoided the difficult driving conditions.
