Ridgefield Looks To Fill Youth Commission Vacancies

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Board of Selectmen is seeking qualified individuals with a passion for youth advocacy to serve on the Ridgefield Youth Commission.

At this time, vacancies exist for both young and adult members. The commission consists of 16 members serving two-year terms.

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in The Barn on 10 Governor St. in Ridgefield.

Anyone interested in filling a vacancy should contact the Office of the First Selectman at 203-431-2774 or via email. 

The Youth Commission acts as an advocate for the youth of Ridgefield and ensures participation, planning and development by the community of youth services.
