Woman, 27, With Three Active Warrants Threatens To Blow Up Schick Factory, Police Say

A 27-year-old woman with multiple active warrants for her arrest is being held on $105,000 after allegedly threatening to blow up the Schick razor factor on Wednesday night, police said.

Police officers were dispatched to the factory on Leighton Road in Milford at approximately 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, where there was 

The investigation into the incident determined that Hartford resident Julie Denby-Worthington trespassed on the property after being told to leave, and threatened to return to “blow the building up,” Milford Police said.

Officers found that Denby-Worthington, 27, had three active warrants for her arrest, two of which accuse her of violating her court set probation. Denby-Worthington is also accused of failing to appear in court in relation to a larceny arrest in Walcott in 2015.

Denby-Worthington was arrested and charged with threatening, breach of peace, criminal trespassing, two counts of violating probation and failure to appear. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.
