RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Police Department is conducting its annual Citizen Survey to help them receive feedback from residents who have contact with the department.
The survey offers a glimpse into how the public feels about their experience with officers and dispatchers, in addition to providing department officials with vital insight into what they might need to improve upon.
The survey, which is available by clicking here , is a simple series of questions that ask residents to grade their contact with the department, as well as how important certain issues are to them. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete.
The survey will be up until July 8.
