Officers from the Milford Police Department were dispatched to ShopRite on Boston Post Road shortly before 10 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18, where there was a report of an antagonistic customer.

Police said that the investigation into the reported incident led to the arrest of Milford resident Joseph Pascale, 44, who is accused of allegedly yelling at and grabbing a staff member by the arm when he refused to sell him alcohol.

Pascale was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4 to respond to the charge.
