RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The corner of Main and Gilbert streets in Ridgefield soon will have a new look if a zoning change is approved that would replace a run-down house with a complex of five, single-family homes, according to the Ridgefield Press.
The homes, which will be sold as residential condominiums, have been proposed by developer Michael Eppoliti and the investment group 509 Main Street, according to the Ridgefield Press.. Before the project can begin, the group will need to obtain a zoning change, said the Ridgefield Press.
The project involves five separate homes -- two facing Main Street and three facing Gilbert Street, across from the high stone wall, according to the Ridgefield Press. A public hearing on the proposal has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 22, added the Ridgefield Press.
