Arrest Warrant Details Ridgefield Dad's Actions Day Son Died In Hot Car

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – The arrest warrant for Ridgefield father Kyle Seitz details his actions the day he accidentally left his infant son in a hot car for hours, newstimes.com reported.

Benjamin Seitz, 15 months old, died on July 7 after he was forgotten in the car while his father worked in Ridgefield. 

Seitz, facing possible prison time on a misdemeanor charge of criminally negligent homicide, was distraught and unsuccessfully tried hard to revive his 15-month-old son, Ben, according to newstimes.com.

He was arrested Tuesday and appeared in court Wednesday on the charge.
