Ridgefield Women's Club Hosts Open House, Welcomes Legislator

RIDGEFIELD, Conn., -- The Ridgefield Women's Club will host an open house at 7 p.m. Oct. 1 for residents interested in becoming more involved in the community.

Members of the club work in several areas of the community including arts, family enrichment, gardening and conservation, education, international outreach and public issues. Members choose the projects or events that reflect their interests and talents.

The meeting will be held at the Ballard Greenhouse in Ballard Park on Main Street.

State Rep. Janice Geigler will be the guest speaker.
