RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - The annual town Fourth of July fireworks show will be held at Ridgefield High School this year.
The gates will open at 6 p.m., and the fireworks will start at dusk. There will be food and novelty vendors on the upper and lower fields, including New England Novelty, Chez Lenard and ice cream trucks.
Parking passes are $15 and can be purchased in advance at Fairfield County Bank on Main Street, Danbury Road and Georgetown, the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce on Bailey Avenue, and Town Hall on Main Street.
The parking will be available at Ridgefield High School and Scotts Ridge Middle School, with additional parking and shuttle service from Scotland and Barlow Mountain Elementary Schools.
A rain date for the fireworks is set for Saturday, July 6.
