Heart Talk, Lunch Open To Seniors At Laurel Ridge In Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Seniors are welcome to attend a lecture by nurse practitioner Eileen Hurley on aortic stenosis Wednesday, Feb. 17 at Laurel Ridge Health Care Center.

Area seniors are invited to a free heart health lecture and lunch Feb. 17 at Laurel Ridge Health Care Center in Ridgefield.

The free lecture will include a complimentary lunch.

Hurley is the coordinator of the Valve Clinic Program at Danbury Hospital and Western Connecticut Medical Group.

She is APRN certified and has a master’s from New York University.Hurley has worked at Danbury Hospital since 2006, specializing in cardiology.

Her talk will cover on the latest technique for people who experience shortness of breath, fainting and chest discomfort due to aortic stenosis to improve their quality of life and potentially live longer.
