RIDGEFIELD, CONN. -- Iconic musicians Edgar Winter and Eric Burdon are set to unite for a night of rock and blues at The Ridgefield Playhouse at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Multi-instrumentalist Winter is best known for his million-selling record, "Frankenstein," and other hits "Free Ride" and “Tobacco Road.”
Burdon, an English singer-songwriter and a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, was a member of the band, The Animals. His powerful and unique vocals can be heard on the Animals’ singles “The House of the Rising Sun,” and “We Gotta Get Outta This Place.”
Steakhouse Cellar Door will start the night off with a free glass of wine or beer and free dessert with dinner.
