The event will feature the music of Israel.
Shai has an international repertoire of music, which includes Israeli, Klezmer, English pop, Yiddish and Ladino. He has appeared in Jewish/Israeli concerts, clubs, radio and TV throughout the United States, Canada and Israel.
In addition to the musical guests, there will be teen emissaries from the Jewish Philanthropy of Connecticut. These teens come to the community to work with schools and youth programs to educate them about Israel and share their love of culture and history. They are high school graduates who are about to enter into the army.
There will be refreshments following the service.
