Ridgefield Restaurants Top Connecticut Magazine’s Readers Choice

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - Connecticut Magazine awarded everything from best French to best Bistro to restaurants in Ridgefield.

The restaurants Bernard’s/Sarah’s Wine Bar, The Cellar Door and Luc’s took some of the magazine’s top honors, including Best Over All, which went to Bernard’s/Sarah’s Wine Bar with The Cellar Door coming in third.

Ridgefield swept up the Best Bistro category and both Bernard’s and Luc’s placed in Best French.

The Cellar Door took home second in Best Italian while Bernard’s placed in Best Wine Selection, Most Romantic and Best Brunch.

In Best Pub Grub, Ridgefield’s Little Pub took first place.

Nearly two-thirds of the restaurants that placed in the top three were from Fairfield County, a review of the winners found. The winners came from the magazine reaching out to readers to vote for their favorites.
