Wilton Police Arrest Man In Two December Car Burglaries WILTON, Conn. -- Three months after a pair of pre-Christmas car burglaries, Wilton Police have arrested a Bristol man and are expecting to make more arrests in the case. Jay Crump Jr., 27, of 446 Fall Mountain Road, was arrested Thursday. Two vehicles were broken into overnight Dec. 21 to Dec. 22 in the Rivergate Drive and West Meadow Road areas, police said. Greenwich Fire: Home On Riverdale Avenue Goes Up In Flames Overnight GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich firefighters battled a blaze at a home on Riverdale Avenue early Friday morning. In a tweet and Facebook posts from the Greenwich Professional Firefighters Local 1042, firefighters can be seen trying to douse the fire as massive flames shooting up from the home's roof. NYC Woman: 'We In Trouble' As Norwalk Cops Burst In On Prostitution Bust NORWALK, Conn. -- A Queens, N.Y., woman blurted out: “We in trouble” to her customer — who was an undercover cop — as other Norwalk police officers burst into a spa on a prostitution bust Wednesday evening. Guishun Li, 49, of 13981 35th Flushing, was arrested Wednesday on two counts of promoting prostitution and one count of prostitution, police said. She had previously been arrested in October along with another woman at the same spa, then known as Nirvana but now known as Emerald Spa at 118 Main St., on prostitution-related charges. Norwalk Police Arrest Man On Hit-And-Run Warrant After He Strolls Into HQ NORWALK, Conn. — A man who ignored repeated police calls about a hit-and-run accident he was involved in last summer should have known that walking into the Norwalk Police headquarters Wednesday night wasn’t a good move. Jonathan Gonzalez-Aguilar, 25, of 6 Elm Street, ended up getting arrested. He was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane. Greenwich Firefighters Respond To Pair Of Fires Thursday GREENWICH, Conn. — Nobody was reported hurt after Greenwich firefighters responded to an HVAC unit on fire on the roof of a bank across from the Glenville Volunteer Fire Company station Thursday morning. Stamford, Fairfield Cops Investigate Possible School Bus Assault Of Boy, 9 STAMFORD, Conn. — Police are investigating whether a 9-year-old autistic Stamford boy was hurt on a school bus after his mother discovered red marks on his back. New Canaan Man Backs Into Neighbor's Car, Drives Away But Later Arrested NEW CANAAN, Conn. – This is not how to be a good neighbor. A New Canaan man backed into his neighbor's car Tuesday night and drove away, said police. However, officers were able to find him at his job a short time later and arrest him, police said.
