Wilton Police Arrest Man In Two December Car Burglaries WILTON, Conn. -- Three months after a pair of pre-Christmas car burglaries, Wilton Police have arrested a Bristol man and are expecting to make more arrests in the case. Jay Crump Jr., 27, of 446 Fall Mountain Road, was arrested Thursday.  Two vehicles were broken into overnight Dec. 21 to Dec. 22 in the Rivergate Drive and West Meadow Road areas, police said.
