Ridgefield kids in kindergarten through ninth grade went back to class Tuesday.
The school district revamped its website over the summer. It can be found here, complete with bus and school menu information.
Along with the students, a familiar face returned in the district office. Superintendent Deborah Low is serving for another year even though she had announced her plans to retire back in January. But she agreed in June to stay on for the 2014-15 school year after the Board of Education did not find a suitable replacement.
The school board reportedly interviewed seven candidates for superintendent but passed on all of them.
The school board will continue to search for a new superintendent to succeed Low for the 2015-16 school year.
