RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - Ridgefield's Jack Kaufman, a senior at the Wooster School in Danbury, is featured in a Forbes.com article about entrepreneurism.
“I am undoubtedly sure that I want to start a successful business and have dabbled with a few ideas and software projects in the past,” Kaufman said.
In December, he began contacting different technology entrepreneurs to pick their brains and understand how they started, or run, their companies. Kaufman interviewed 16 entrepreneurs, among them Square and Twitter cofounder Jack Dorsey, GitHub CEO Tom Preston-Werner and DuckDuckGo founder Gabriel Weinberg.
He gathered information from his interviews to write a book: “The Found A Business Book,” which now features a total of 33 discussions.
On Forbes.com, Jack is featured in a guest post: “Jack Dorsey's Five Startup Tips to A 17-Year-Old Entrepreneur.” In this post, Jack shares five important business and management tips that he learned while talking to Dorsey, a revolutionary thinker who has created two billion-dollar companies before the age of 40.
