Ridgefield Assistant Principal Takes Top Job At Elementary School

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Scotts Ridge Middle School Assistant Principal Michael Sheehan will take over as the new principal at Ridgefield's Scotland Elementary on July 1, according to the Ridgefield Press.

Superintendent Deborah Low recommended Sheehan for the job after a search and vetting process , the Ridgefield Press reported.

Sheehan was credited with being the leader in implementing Scotts Ridge's positive behavior interventions and support initiatives, the Ridgefield Press said.
