The Ridgefield Academy Faculty Enrichment Grants recognize teachers with ideas for professional development that must take place outside the traditional school setting. A competitive selection process results in two awardees every year. This year is the first year the awards have been available to assistant teachers.
The Ridgefield Academy is a co-educational, independent day school for students enrolled in preschool through eighth grade.
