“I am very excited to announce our renovation plans,” said Joe Monaco, manager of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Ridgefield brokerage. “We’re building a top-notch professional office facility that will enable our agents and employees to even better serve our valued clients with greater efficiency and easier access to resources, including marketing and administrative support.”

The new, 4,000-square-foot facility will be across from the Ridgefield Library and Ballard Park. It formerly was occupied by the Rockwell Art and Framing Store, which will move next to Silver Lining Consignments.

The new facility will provide state-of-the-art amenities, such as high-speed wireless Internet access, two conference rooms with high-definition screens and Apple TV, a multiple computer bar, the Sotheby’s International Realty eGallery and brochures for properties from around the world.

Sales associates will have spacious work stations and private and semi-private offices. Reception will have a comfortable seating area, and the office will feature a common area with a café.

“We consider this expansion an investment in the Ridgefield community and our Ridgefield sales team, which has consistently outperformed the market,” said Paul Bruenich, president and CEO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

The expansion is expected to be completed by the end of October.
