RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – A four-bedroom home caught the highest sale price in Ridgefield this week at just less than $1 million. Here are the home sales as reported by the Ridgefield town clerk for the week of July 19 to 25:

• Andrew and Mary Plotzker sold the house at 70 Keeler Drive to Ross Ullman and Lynn Frankel Ullman for $745,000.

• Lee Talbott Shepherd sold the house at 35 Lawson Lane to Jing Sun for $115,000.

• Jerrold and Kerstin Jonas sold the house at 84 New St. to Vicki Biehl for $745,000.

• Michael and Patrice Lordi sold the house at 11 Lost Mine Place to Matthew and Kelly Gels for $915,500.

• Michael and Stella Damanti sold the house at 11 Stebbins Close to Jorge and Christina Lubguban for $180,000.
