RIDGEFIELD, Conn. - The $128 million budget for the town of Ridgefield and its school district will be up for a vote Tuesday at the Yanity Gym from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The town's budget request is $45.5 million, and the school's request is for $82.8 million.
There are also seven questions on the ballot, each asking for a yes or no response.
Of the seven questions, five are about capital projects requested by the schools and different town departments. The projects include the annual request for road and infrastructure maintenance -- this year totaling $1.8 million -- as well as $330,000 for asbestos abatement at Scotland Elementary School and new auditorium seats at East Ridge Middle School.

All polling districts will be voting at Yanity Gym, 60 Prospect St. All registered voters of Ridgefield are welcome to cast ballots on the budget.
