Ridgefield Sells 10 Acres Of Schlumberger Land For $4 Million

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Board of Selectmen approved a measure to sell 10 acres of the Schlumberger-Doll Research Center property to a development company for $4 million on Wednesday, March 5, according to the newstimes.com.

Residential Investments, a subsidiary of Fairfield County Bank, plans to build a senior living complex on the parcel, newstimes.com reported. 

Ridgefield residents will have the opportunity to vote on the sale on April 8, newstimes.com said.
