Police officers reported that during a security check on July 12 on Pine Mountain they saw a parked car that was occupied by four people.

The driver, 21-year-old Stephanie Rodrigues Fonseca of Danbury, was accused of having 1.2 grams of marijuana in her possession, given a ticket for possession of marijuana and released, police said.

During an evening check of Ballard Park on Monday, officers reported seeing two 17-year-old boys smoking what they determined to be marijuana cigarettes, police said.

Police took them to headquarters, where they were picked up by their parents. Each was issued a written promise to appear. Both are due in Danbury Superior Court on July 29.
