Paul Jude Letersky, 47, also cannot live at his home at 175 Riverside Ave. because it is directly across the street from Saugatuck Elementary School, police said. If released, one of the conditions would be that he cannot be within 1,500 feet of any school or daycare, police said.

He is scheduled to appear in Stamford court Jan. 13.

Letersky also would have to obey an around-the-clock curfew, have GPS monitoring and could not have any contact with a Colorado juvenile involved in the case, police said.

The investigation into Letersky began when they received a complaint about an inappropriate sexting relationship between the Westport man and the Colorado juvenile, police said. Officers executed a search warrant at 5 a.m. Wednesday at his home and discovered what they said were more than 50 images of child pornography, police said.

He was charged with first-degree child pornography as well as enticing a minor and risk of injury to a child stemming from the Colorado complaint, police said.

According to information available online, including his resume, Letersky is a real estate agent and an actor who graduated from Fairfield University. According to the "Empire" wiki, he played Farraday Salesman #4 in "Boardwalk Empire" and was an uncredited extra in the third season episode "Resolution." He also appeared in "Howl" (2010), "Moneymaker" (2010), "Daddy Day" (2011), and "Hope Springs" (2012).

His resume also lists small roles on "Gossip Girl," "Law & Order," "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," and "The Good Wife," in addition to "Boardwalk Empire."

He is also a certified U.S. Army paratrooper, a piano player and arranger and a singer.

This case is still under investigation by the Westport Police Detective Youth Division, led by Sgt. Sereniti Dobson.

Assisting with the investigation is the Southwest Connecticut Technical Investigation Unit, with officers from Weston, New Canaan, Norwalk, Greenwich and Connecticut State Police.
