Steven Castro, 28, was arrested Friday night after officers spotted him driving a Nissan Sentra and made a traffic stop, said Capt. Richard Conklin.

During the stop, officers uncovered 10 bags of cocaine clenched in his hand and in his shirt pocket and $1,332 in cash, Conklin said.

Castro was charged with possession of narcotics and possession with intent to sell. Police also confiscated the cash, Conklin said.

He is being held on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 1.
