Monroe Man Charged After Police Stop Vehicle With Three Tires

WILTON, Conn., -- You can't get far - or escape the clutches of Wilton Police - when driving a vehicle with three working tires while allegedly under the influence.

Richard J. Cannone, 42, of Monroe is charged with allegedly driving under the influence and other charges after allegedly stopped while driving on three tires in Wilton.

Wilton Police said they arrested a man Richard J. Cannone, 42, of Monroe early Wednesday on a number of charges after pulling him over around 2:30 a.m. after noticing one tire was missing.
