The Wilton resident told police in February that she had been receiving unsolicited text messages and phone calls from David Susskind, 25, an ex-boyfriend, according to the Hour. The messages were sent continuously over the course of a month, according to the Hour. Police were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Susskind in April, but were unable to track him down, the Hour reported.
Susskind turned himself in to police on Monday night and was charged with second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment, the Hour reported. He was released on a $7,500 bond and went to court the next day, according to the Hour.
