Family Displaced After Large Fire In Stratford Home

STRATFORD, Conn. — A two-story home in Stratford was heavily damaged in a large fire Saturday afternoon, according to the Stratford Star.

Flames were coming from the home at 260 Larkin Court when firefighters arrived at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters said.     

No injuries were reported. The residents — an adult, three children and a dog — were displaced due to the heavy damage from the fire, which was contained to a bedroom and kitchen, the Stratford Star said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, the Stratford Star said.
