Ridgefield Woman Arrested On DWI Charge In N.Y.

LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Ridgefield, Conn., woman on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated on Tuesday, Dec. 3 in Lewisboro, according to police reports.

Mary E. Gruber, 53, was pulled over driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. A breath sample indicated that Gruber had a blood alcohol content of .24 percent, according to State Police.

Since Gruber's BAC was three times the legal limit, she was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Lewisboro Court on Monday, Dec. 23, police officials said.
