2 Men Charged With Criminal Mischief In Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. --Two men were charged with first-degree criminal mischief in Ridgefield on Monday morning, according to officials.

The Ridgefield Police Department charged two men with damage done to the playing fields at East Ridge Middle School.

John Dumke, 20, of Ridgefield, and Cody Dingee, 18, of Cocoa, Fla. were arrested in connection with $2,800 in damage done to the ball fields at East Ridge Middle School on July 11, police said. 

Damaged included deep tire ruts and tracks on the field. Dingee and Dumke were released with a Danbury Superior Court Date of Sept. 11, police said.
