RIDGEFIELD, Conn. The family of David Riek, who died Saturday in Ridgefield, will receive friends Saturday, Sept. 15, at Kane Funeral Home.
Riek is survived by his wife, Naomi Collinge Riek; his children, Benjamin, Charley and Natasha; his parents, Justus and Mary Ellen Riek; and his sister, Jennifer Riek.
Friends are invited to remember Riek from 2 to 6 p.m., with remarks of rememberance by friends and family at 5 p.m. The Kane Funeral Homes is located at 25 Catoonah St. in Ridgefield.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Riek Children's Educational Fund, P.O. Box 459, Ridgefield, CT 06877.
