Ridgefield Parks And Rec Says Martin Park Beach Safe For Swimming

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Parks and Recreation Department announced Thursday that Martin Park Beach is safe for swimming.

Aqua Environmental Lab has conducted three tests on the water on three different days and it has tested negative for e coli bacteria, according to a press release. The latest test was Tuesday.

The health department has said there is a virus going around in the area, but it is not related to Martin Park Beach, according to a press release.
