Ridgefield OKs Plan For Affordable Housing On North Street

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Planning and Zoning Commission approved an affordable housing development on North Street during a recent meeting, according to The Ridgefield Press.

The proposed three-unit development had been at the center of an 18-month debate after development company Ridgefield Modular Home Corp. presented plans that differed from the originally agreed-upon architectural layout, the Ridgefield Press reported.

The final agreed-upon layout will consist of three three-bedroom units at 24 North St., the Ridgefield Press said.
