Ridgefield Approves New Apartments On Main Street

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- An application for five single-family units at 509 Main St. was unanimously approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, July 19, according to the Ridgefield Press.

The owner of the property, developer Michael Eppoliti, submitted the application in February for the property across from the Elm's Inn, the Ridgefield Press reported. That was followed by four public hearings that led to a finalized draft resolution. After six months and two separate extensions, the proposal was discussed last week before begin voted on and accepted, according to the Ridgefield Press.
