Overturned Tractor-Trailer Closes I-684 Ramp To I-84 West
updated: PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- An overturned tractor-trailer closed the exit ramp from Interstate 684 north to Interstate 84 west in Southeast for more than four hours on Monday.
An overturned tractor trailer is about to be towed by Lisi's Towing Company early Monday afternoon near the I-684/I-84 interchange in Brewster, N.Y.
