RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Di Masters, who chose not to run for re-election this year to the Board of Selectmen in Ridgefield, has been chosen to fill an opening on the town's Planning and Zoning Commission, the Ridgefield Press reported.
Masters is returning to a commission where she served from 1993 to 2004, including five as chairman, the Press said. She left to join the Board of Selectmen, where she served for 12 years, the story said.
Commission members voted unanimously for Masters to fill the vacancy at a meeting Tuesday, the Press said.
