RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- A water main break has left stores in the Copps Hill Plaza open, but without water, according to the Ridgefield Press.
The water main has been shut off while workers from Aquarion work on the lines, officials said in the story. The problem began early this morning, Dec. 18, when water began gushing along Copps Hill Road and traffic had to be re-routed, the story said.
The repair work was expected to take six hours, affecting rush hour traffic, the story said.
