Kathleen Sweikert, 45, had faced one count of attempted risk of injury to a minor after allegedly leaving an empty alcohol bottle in May at Scotts Ridge Middle School, blog.ctnews.com reported.

In Danbury Superior Court on Tuesday, a state prosecutor dropped the charge against Sweikert, according to blog.ctnews.com.

She will not drive a bus for Ridgefield schools again, blog.ctnews.com reported.
