RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — As Guy Ritchie's remake of "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." hits the theaters this weekend, the spotlight is shining once again on the star of the original television hit from the 1960s: Ridgefield actor Robert Vaughn.
Vaughn, now 82, was the original Napoleon Solo, a Cold War-era spy, in the TV show and recently appeared in an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."
He looks back on his days of the set, the influence of the James Bond movies and how the show made him face in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
