RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra Music Director and Conductor Jerry Steichen and friends brought their instruments to Deborah Ann’s Sweet Shoppe on Main Street during the annual Holiday Stroll.

Musicians Kathleen Theisen (keyboard), T.D. Ellis and Jackie Joyner (bassoon), and Rachel Handman (violin) made music at Deborah Ann’s, while shoppers purchased homemade ice cream and chocolates.

Joining the musicians were Alice and Emily Kerr (violin) from the Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra.

That evening, the orchestra performed a holiday show that featured vocalist Jessica Medoff who sung a new arrangement of “O Holy Night."

There was a reception at the Guild of Artists after the concert.
