Ridgefield Library Director Chris Nolan Retiring

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – After a 16-year career at the Ridgefield Library, Director Chris Nolan will retire at the end of this year, reports the Ridgefield Press.

Nolan, who won the Ridgefield Rotary Citizen of the Year award for 2015, was an important figure in the expansion of the library from 2012-14, the Press said. She has also been involved with community groups such as the Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce and the League of Women Voters, according to the Ridgefield Press.
