RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum current exhibition "Circumstance," which features solo exhibitions by six artists, aims to leave the audience to form their own connections with the pieces and ask questions, reported the New York Times.
Each artist was to create their own 'circumstance' and show attendees that inspiration can come from anywhere, according to the New York Times.
The six artists include Virginia Poundstone, Nancy Shaver, Ruby Sky Stiler, Penelope Umbrico, Elif Uras and B. Wurtz. Pieces from the exhibit included items such as aluminum roasting pans, glassware, Hydrocal plaster and more, reported the New York Times.
The six exhibitions will run through Oct. 25. The Aldrich is located at 258 Main Street in Ridgefield. For more information, visit aldrichart.org or call (203) 438-4519.
