Reading is a Family Affair: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Reading is a Family Affair is a book discussion evening for children in grades 3-5 accompanied by an adult. Participants are given a free copy of the book before the discussion. The book discussed will be “The Last of the Really Great Whangdoodles” by Julie Edwards. Tuesday, Nov. 20
The Littlest Pilgrims: 10 to 11:30 a.m. WestCo Productions is presenting a musical based on the voyage of the first Pilgrims to the new world. The play follows the Pilgrims through their first year at Plymouth. Tickets are $10, and include a question-and-answer session at the end of the show. Ridgefield Playhouse, 80 East Ridge Road, Ridgefield.
Wednesday, Nov. 21 Ridgefield v. Danbury: 6 p.m. The Ridgefield varsity Tigers football team is going up to Danbury High School for one of the last games of the season. Danbury High School, 43 Clapboard Ridge Road, Danbury.
THANKSGIVING Thursday, Nov. 22 31st Annual Turkey Trot: 8:30 a.m The Ridgefield Boys and Girls Club is having its 31st annual Turkey Trot 5K. The race starts and finishes at the club, and registration is required. Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield, 41 Governor St., Ridgefield.
