Ridgefield Playhouse To Screen 'Romeo and Juliet' in HD

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Playhouse will host high-definition screenings of The Bolshoi Ballet's "Romeo and Juliet" on at 4 p.m. Saturday and The National Theatre's "The Hard Problem" at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, April 16.

The Bolshoi Ballet is one of the world's most celebrated ballet companies and was founded in 1776. "The Hard Problem" comes from acclaimed playwright Tom Stoppard of "Shakespeare in Love" and follows a young psychology researcher at odds with her colleagues over where psychology and biology meet.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for members or seniors. Student admission is $15 by calling the box office and free for high school students by showing ID at the box office. To purchase tickets, call the box office at 203-438-5795, or for online sales, visit ridgefieldplayhouse.org.

Attendees can present their tickets at Bernard's at 20 West Lane in Ridgefield for a $45 prix fixe menu on the days of the shows.
