The Official "Blues Brothers Revue," produced by Aykroyd and Belushi with musical director Shaffer, brings back the live concert extravaganza that was the Blues Brothers.

With the humor and set list from the original film and albums, Wayne Catania is Jake and Kieron Lafferty is Elwood. They will play the classics such as “Soul Man,” “Rubber Biscuit,” “Sweet Home Chicago,” “Rawhide,” and “Gimme Some Lovin.”

Shaffer is known for his work with "Saturday Night Live" and "Late Night with David Letterman."

Bissell House (378 Main St. in Ridgefield) is offering a free glass of house wine or draft beer with dinner the night of the show when tickets/stubs are presented. An AllShows.com VIP Party Pass ($25 addtional per person), which includes a pre-show cocktail party from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. with open bar, hors-d’oeuvre and priority parking is available for this show, which is part of the Xfinity Rock Series, Clark Construction Comedy Series and Ridgefield Magazine Broadway & Cabaret Series with media sponsor The Peak 107.1fm.

"Blues Brothers Revue" is called “A hand-clappin’, foot-stompin’ good time” by Chicago Theatre Look, and Jeff Johnson of The Chicago Sun Times raves that the show has “Infectious and unbridled energy…it blows the roof off.”
