"Sea-Blue" will be raffled at a free event that's open to the public. There will be a cash bar.
Volpone is a member of the Ridgefield Guild of Artists and donated the piece in honor of her maternal grandfather Peter Grillo.
The event runs from 6-9 p.m.
"My grandfather in his 80s used to drive seniors to the polls," Volpone said. "He was so committed to the democratic process and was representative of that last great generation, so few of whom are still alive. This is done in his honor — Peter Grillo, my maternal grandfather who loved the sea."
Proceeds from raffle ticket sales will help fund educational programs and events.
Each raffle ticket will cost $5 and can be purchased on the League's website.
