Grodin To Share Tales From Life In Show Business At Ridgefield Playhouse

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Actor Charles Grodin, of Wilton, will be sharing his personal comedic journey at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Tuesday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m.

He will tell it all as it actually happened, demonstrating that real life is often more entertaining than fiction. The New York Times calls him “A first rate storyteller.” Newsweek raves that he is a “Natural born raconteur.” 

For more than 50 years, the well-known actor, comedian, author, and former talk show host has been in the entertainment industry and seen it all. One of his most famous roles was alongside Robert De Niro in the 1988 classic, "Midnight Run." Grodin has earned Emmy and Golden Globe Awards alike. 

Grodin was honored by the Connecticut Press Club with the Mark Twain Award for Humor in 201).

Ticket holders may enjoy a special $45 prix-fixe menu at Bernard’s (20 West Lane, Ridgefield) the day of this event when tickets are presented; reservations suggested.
