Winter is known for his million-selling record, “Frankenstein,” and for hits such as “Free Ride” and “Tobacco Road.”

Derringer, as a member of The McCoys, made a number of hit singles including "Hang On Sloopy," which knocked The Beatles out of their number one spot on Billboard in 1965. His solo smashes include “Rock and Roll Hootchie Koo,” “Still Alive and Well” and “Teenage Love Affair.”

Together, the two musicians have been performing for decades. Their concert will also include a tribute to the late Johnny Winter, Edgar's brother.

After the show, Tom Tom’s Restaurant and Bakery on 417 Main St. in Ridgefield will pour a free glass of house wine with dinner, when ticket stubs are presented.

This show is part of the Xfinity Rock Series with media sponsor 95.9 fm, The Fox.
