Brunch And Beethoven Event Comes To The Ridgefield Playhouse

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – The Ridgefield Playhouse is capping Thanksgiving weekend with a Brunch and Beethoven event on Sunday, Nov. 30, beginning at 3 p.m.

Madeleine Bouissou will perform on cello with Luke Witchger on violin and Emil Duncumb on piano.

At 4 p.m., Juilliard students Bouissou and Witchger will be joined by Norwegian pianist Duncumb and Juilliard Opera student Pauline Bouissou, who will sing a special vocal selection.

The musicians will perform Beethoven’s "Sonata No. 3 in A Major, Op. 69;" Franck's "Sonata in A Major;" and Beethoven’s "Trio in E-flat Major, Op. 1, No. 1."

A portion of the proceeds will benefit The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention – The Mark Fund.

Bernard’s Catering will provide food in the lobby beginning at 3 p.m. This event is sponsored by Sarah’s Wine Bar.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by calling the box office at 203-438-5795. The Ridgefield Playhouse is at 80 East Ridge, parallel to Main Street in Ridgefield.
